Jan 31 Saturday
You can be freeeeee on Saturday nights in January! Sign up your kids for our Saturday Night Dance Party, and free up your schedule for a date night, errands, or just time for yourself!
Join us for a fun and engaging kids’ evening designed to inspire movement, creativity, and connection. The night includes dancing, learning choreography, arts and crafts, karaoke, and an exciting Silent Disco experience.
Parents are invited to enjoy a night off while we take care of the fun. Simply send your child with dinner or snacks packed, and we’ll handle the rest. At pickup, families will be treated to a short performance showcasing what the kids have learned during the evening.
We begin with calm coloring and guided introduction activities to help children feel comfortable and connected with new friends. The evening continues with a hip-hop dance class, creative craft time, singing, and concludes with a high-energy Silent Disco complete with laser lights.
Drop-off begins at 4:45pm. We look forward to welcoming your child for a memorable and joyful evening.
The Record Company was born out of a late-night hang in 2011, when Chris Vos (vocals, guitar), Alex Stiff (bass, backing vocals), and Marc Cazorla (drums, backing vocals) spun classic blues records like John Lee Hooker’s Hooker ’N Heat and swapped stories of their favorite concerts (Iggy Pop & The Stooges, among them). Energized by the evening, the three musicians reconvened the next day for a jam session at Stiff’s Los Feliz home. Before long, his living room would become the band’s epicenter as they wrote songs, performed for friends, and, eventually, recorded and mixed their debut album, "Give It Back to You."
Blending the soul of Delta blues with the power of classic rock and roll, the trio recorded much of the album live, giving songs like“Off the Ground,” “Rita Mae Young,” and “On the Move” a raw, immediate feel. They also incorporated slideguitar, pedal steel, piano, and harmonica, showcasing both their range and reverence for tradition while infusing it with modern energy.

About the ShowThe hilarious new musical about an unintentionally hilarious new musical! In this two-man musical spoof, a pair of aspiring playwrights perform a backers’ audition for their new, ill-advised project – a big, splashy musical about printing press inventor Johann Gutenberg. With an unending supply of enthusiasm, Bud and Doug sing all the songs and play all the parts in their crass historical epic, with the hope that one of the producers in attendance will give them that elusive Broadway contract.“This uproarious show delivers big laughs!” – Entertainment Weekly

Honoring the deep connection between Hawai'i and the Philippines, a display of historical photographs shares the story of the Sakada, the first 15 Filipinos who immigrated to Hilo, Hawai'i, as labor workers in 1906.
