Hilton Grand Vacations hosts its Made in Hawaiʻi Pop-Up Market every other Friday, twice a month, bringing together local vendors whose products and stories reflect the culture, craftsmanship, and entrepreneurial spirit of the islands. Beyond the shopping experience, the market offers a unique opportunity to connect with the makers.

A few standout vendors include:

North Shore Bees — a Hawaiʻi-born business focused on sustainable beekeeping and educating consumers on authentic local honey.

Sweet Brown Hawaii — founded by a former HGV team member whose caramel brand has become especially popular with Japanese visitors.

Noriko’s Famous Party Mix — a growing local favorite that incorporates ingredients from fellow vendor North Shore Bees.,

Experience the enchanting sounds of classic exotica at the unforgettable HapaSymphony finale! Join The Waitiki 7—a captivating fusion of Waikiki and Tiki—as they partner with Music and Artistic Director Dane Lam and your Hawaiʻi Symphony Orchestra for an extraordinary evening that celebrates mid-century Exotica music. Inspired by legendary figures such as Les Baxter, Martin Denny, Arthur Lyman, Gene Rains, and Robert Drasnin from the late 1950s and 1960s, Waitiki 7 is dedicated to recreating the timeless Tiki sound, ambiance, and sheer joy that defined an era.

Farmers and Artisan market

Waimea Town Market at Parker School is home to over 50 highly curated vendors who offer a wide variety of terrific produce, food and locally sourced and hand made items. Please join us, talk story with our vendors, learn about their businesses and crafts, and enjoy breakfast or lunch at our picnic tables with the Mauna Kea view—where North Hawaii comes together.

Spam can harps, rice bag drums, tin can gongs, and other musical instruments made from repurposed rubbish are on display at Hamilton Library Bridge Gallery now through mid-August. All instruments were custom built by Benjamin Fairfield, author of the illustrated children's book Kani Ka 'Opala: How can garbage sing? Fairfield (lecturer at UH and Hawai'i Pacific University) was featured last October on the Conversation as a climate-action-artist-in-residence with the State Commission on Climate Change in 2025. Come view, play, and listen to an assortment of rubbish instruments. A great way to celebrate Earth Day and aloha 'aina.

Looking for a way to keep your kids active and engaged over the summer break? Sign them up for a ridiculously fun kids hip hop dance camp! There will be dancing, games, interactive activities, singing, arts and crafts, choreography, concerts and more! The kids will enjoy sweating, laughing, making new friends, being creative, playing and chilling together! There will always be a performance for the parents at the end of the camp.

This camp is designed to be a fun, nurturing environment for the kids to enjoy some creative dance and play time. Our camps offer your kids a break from academia and a chance to learn through movement, experimentation and creativity.

Does your citrus have spots? Are your tomatoes looking tired? Don't let your garden woes wilt your spirits. Bring your gardening questions and plant samples to the Kauaʻi Master Gardener "Plant Doctor" booth every Saturday at the farmers market.

This free community service, provided by the University of Hawaiʻi’s College of Tropical Agriculture and Human Resilience, connects you with highly trained Master Gardener volunteers who specialize in tropical horticulture, pest management, and soil health. Whether you are a backyard grower or a small-scale farmer, the "Plant Doctor" is in to help your garden thrive.
