Kaimuki High School Performing Arts Center is pleased to announce our 5th annual Halloween Haunted House attraction and fundraiser, THEATRE OF TERRORS: MURDER HOTEL.Check in for the scare of your life at this year's haunted attraction! The Theatre of Terrors: Murder Hotel isn't just haunted- it's hiding a deadly secret. Guests will wander through eerie halls, blood-stained rooms, and shadowy corridors. Encounter terrifying staff and unsettling guests at every turn.
But beware: every scream hides a clue. To escape, you must piece together the crime and solve the mystery of who's behind the murders lurking within the hotel walls. Will you uncover the truth before the killer finds you?

The annual Kaiwi Coast Run & Walk is a community oriented journey of approximately 4-miles along the famous Kaiwi Coast scenic highway on the island of O‘ahu, Hawai‘i.The event begins with the sunrise over the Kaiwi Channel, a Hawaiian oli (chant) and the blowing of the pū (conch shell horn). The course starts at Awāwāmalu (Sandy Beach), continues around the Kaiwi coastline, passes Hālona and Hanauma Bay, goes over the pedestrian overpass at Kalanianaʻole Highway and Lunalilo Home Road, and finishes at the Hui Nalu Canoe Club on the shores of Maunalua Bay. It is the only pedestrian race sanctioned for this area and limited to 3,000 entrants.

Presented by the American Culinary Federation Kona Kohala Chefs Association and Sysco, proceeds support student chef scholarships and educational activities. Originating as Christmas at Hulihe‘e, the fundraiser has moved to various Hawai‘i Island locations over the years while raising over $900,000.
Early bird tickets are $135 per person and available online until October 31—price increases to $150 starting November 1.
