Another powerful storm hits CNMI amid recovery

Another powerful storm has slammed into the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, even as recovery from Typhoon Sinlaku continues since it hit the region in mid-April.

More than 6,000 Chamorros from Guam and the CNMI currently live in Hawaiʻi. Raymond Deleon Guerrero has lived on Oʻahu for more than 20 years. He worries about his family and friends back home in Saipan.
