Sculpture artist brings to life the toll of Pacific marine debris

The Conversation continues this week’s deep dive into marine debris.

Hawaiʻi artist Jodi Endicott’s whimsical sculptures of monk seals, penguins, and polar bears have been featured around the state.

She uses marine debris to highlight the effect plastics have on the environment. HPR visited her Nuʻuanu studio to talk about her passion.
