Local economist on the future of international tourism amid COVID surges in Asia

Hawaiʻi's visitor industry appears to be bouncing back, but what effects will the war in Ukraine have on travel. Will the rising costs of oil and goods due to ongoing supply issues dampen our recovery? Economist Paul Brewbaker of TZ Economics said the rest of 2022 will be more of the same — the pandemic rollercoaster ride isn't over yet.
