Holy’s Bakery in Kapaʻau on Hawaiʻi Island has been around for over 90 years. In that time, the family business has survived several economic ups and downs. How have they been able to keep the company strong after all this time?

The Conversation sat down with current owner Jana Kaholoaʻa, the great-granddaughter of the original owners, to talk about pie, passion, and family.
