Exercise is supposed to stimulate the happy cells of our brains to make us want to do it again and again. How can you find that ‘runners high’ of serotonin? We’ll talk with Tony Hallam from Kaiser Permanente, an exercise physiologist, about how to make the most of your workout and what kind of activity is the best place to start.
