Molly Solomon — Christina Torres is a 7th and 9th grade english teacher at University Laboratory School. She changed her original lesson plan Tuesday to discuss events in Ferguson with her students.

Events in Ferguson, Missouri have sparked a national conversation. Teachers in Hawai‘i are grappling with how to bring that into the classroom. HPR's Molly Solomon has more.
