There is a big push this week to get workers back on the job or onto new professional paths. A career expo featuring more than 50 employers is taking place Wednesday at the Blaisdell Center Exhibit Hall and there’s also one planned for Maui.

Maui County is looking to streamline the process for anyone looking for a new job. The Conversation spoke to Linda Puppolo, executive director of the Maui County Workforce Development Board about the job market and the upcoming career fair.

This segment aired on The Conversation on Aug. 2, 2021.
