Median sales price for a single-family home on Oʻahu, Kauaʻi, Maui is over $1.1M

The cost of buying a home continues to rise across the state.

The median sales price for a single-family home on Oʻahu, Kauaʻi and Maui has risen to more than $1.1 million, according to the latest market report from real estate company Locations.

Kauaʻi reported the highest median sales price at $1.3 million — up from $940,000 in January.

Hawaiʻi Island had the lowest median sales price at $515,000.

Nearly 600 single-family homes were sold in February, compared to almost 700 homes sold in January.

The median sales price of a condo across the state was $560,000, with prices over $700,000 on Kauaʻi and Maui.

Around 780 condos were sold across the state – down from 805 in January.
