On September 7th, Global HOPE (Hawaii Organization for Peace and the Environment) is hosting Jeanné Kapela, House District 5 representative, to break down the legislative process and how to influence action at the state level. This inside look into the government also includes a Q&A segment so no questions are left unanswered.

Come by and bring a friend because entrance is free and no reservation is needed! The event begins at 5:00 p.m. at University of Hawaii at Hilo’s UCB 100.
