It’s been a week since Defense Secretary Ash Carter stopped by Pearl Harbor on his way to Asia. He’s still traveling, and for the next couple of days he’ll be in India. While the visit includes a broad discussion of the military, there’s a particular focus on India’s navy. HPR’s Bill Dorman explains in today’s Asia Minute.

Bill Dorman has been the news director at Hawaiʻi Public Radio since 2011.
