State insurance commissioner on stabilizing property insurance market

Some point to a crisis in condo land as the reason behind an emergency order Gov. Josh Green signed earlier this month. State Insurance Commissioner Gordon Ito talked to The Conversation on Monday about the governor's efforts to try and stabilize the property insurance market.
