Latest statistics show Hawaiʻi is lagging in getting boosters into the arms of those most at risk

After the pandemic took its toll on our kupuna early on, vaccines were made a priority among our long-term care facilities. AARP Hawaii says the state ranked among the highest for patients and staff vaccinated against the virus. But the latest statistics from November show Hawaiʻi lagging in getting boosters into the arms of those most at risk. Kealiʻi Lopez, the head of AARP, shared the newest vaccination initiatives.
