Labor Director on Not Resuming In-Person Unemployment Claim Appointments

The surge in COVID-19 cases due to the delta variant prompted State Labor Director Anne Perreira-Eustaquio to hold off on resuming in-person appointments for those with complicated unemployment claims — in-person office visits were set to resume on Sept. 7.
