Magazine owner Dania Novack Katz thinks about food all the time. That’s why she jumped at the opportunity to publish the magazine Edible Hawaiian Islands about 14 years ago.

The statewide magazine just released its "8th Annual Statewide Hawai`i Farm Guide," an island-by-island listing of farm tours, farmers markets, and community-supported agriculture.

The Conversation sat down with Novack Katz to learn how she continues to connect readers to the local food landscape during the pandemic.
