Today we are talking about good design and good solutions to Hawaii's housing situation.  The American  Institite of Architects (AIA) is all about design excellence.

Next week it and the Building Industry Association (BIA) are holding events to explore what to do about the increasing lack of  housing. The BIA hosts a housing summit and The AIA a housing  design symposium. We will be talking about trends with multigeneral housing and infill development and more.

Here at our roundtable talks for the next hour, two architects of the AIA’s housing committee:

  • Kevin Wilcock
  • Julie Lam
