Sexual Assault and Harassment Bill in Congress

U.S. Congress has paid out some $17 million in for hundreds of settlements over the last couple of decades. Hawai’i Representative Tulsi Gabbard has introduced a bill to halt the practice.  It’s called the Congressional Accountability and Hush Fund Elimination Act.
