Rainbow Warriors, BYU Set To Play In Hawaii Bowl

Mountain West runner-up Hawaii will play BYU in the Hawaii Bowl on Christmas Eve in Honolulu.

Wide receiver Cedric Byrd leads the Rainbow Warriors with 91 catches for more than a thousand yards and 10 touchdowns.

BYU quarterback Zach Wilson has thrown for more than 2,100 yards and 11 touchdowns. The teams met in the regular season last year. BYU won that game 49-23.

This will be the ninth time since 2002 that the Warriors will play in the Hawaii Bowl. The Cougars have won eight of their last 12 bowls.
