HPR Brings Bridging the Gap Live to Hawai‘i State Library

Nick Yee of Bridging the Gap

Hawai‘i Public Radio’s eclectic music show Bridging the Gap will host a four-day residency at Hawai‘i State Library in Honolulu May 28-31, 2019. The sessions, which will be recorded for later broadcast on HPR-1, will feature selections from the library's music collection. Songs will be curated by Nick Yee, also known as dj mr.nick, along with co-hosts Paige Okamura and Harrison Patino.

Visitors are encouraged to stop by and meet the hosts, and explore the library’s extensive music holdings firsthand. Sessions will be held daily May 28-31 from 12-2 p.m.

The event is free and open to the public, and suitable for all ages.
