The Conversation: Breaking Down Vaccine Mandates

On today's call-in show, we're taking your questions about the rollout of vaccine and testing mandates across the state. Honolulu labor attorney Jeffrey Harris walks us through the legality of requiring vaccinations for employees and patrons, and we go in-depth with Tamara Addison, Human Resources Director for Oahu Transit Services, about their effort to get transit workers vaccinated before the deadline.

She spent more than thirty years at KITV, covering beats from government to education and health. Originally from Guam, Cruz is also a co-founder and former Board member and programming chair of Pacific Islanders in Communication (PIC). Catherine is a graduate of San Francisco State University with a degree in Broadcast Journalism.
