Surf, Food, and Story Come Together in Travel-Inspired Cookbook
First We Surf, Then We Eat is the project of longtime editor and publisher of Surfer Magazine Jim Kempton. The travel inspired book of recipes is part cookbook, part memoir, and part photography exhibit curated by one of surf media's most prolific figures. He joined The Conversation's Ryan Finnerty for a discussion of his life's two passions: cooking and surfing.
