The Hawaiʻi State Senate has confirmed Annalisa Bernard Lee as a judge in the District Court of the Second Circuit, which covers Maui County.
Bernard Lee was formerly in private practice and also served as Maui County deputy prosecutor.
She previously served as a Deputy Public Defender in Honolulu and on Maui for 10 years.
Bernard Lee’s term will be for six years.
