The Maui Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) is hosting a virtual town hall to plan for a new greenway road in west Maui.
A greenway road is primarily used for pedestrians and environmental protection.
Maui MPO plans to build a 25-mile multi-use greenway in West Maui from Ukumehame to Lipoa Point. The road will pass through multiple community destinations and downtown Lahaina.
The meeting to discuss the West Maui Greenway Master Plan will take place on Jan. 11th at 5 p.m.
