Waterwise Container Gardening Workshop
Come to the Urban Garden Center for a Waterwise Gardening workshop. Master Gardeners will demonstrate how to make a low-water use garden, which can lead to bigger projects that enhance home landscapes while conserving water. Participants will create a starter dish garden to take home (6 x 4 inch).
The event starts with a 15-min tour of the Waterwise Home Idea Garden at 9:00 am. Then participants can stroll to the classroom to sign a consent waiver and get settled for the workshop that begins at 9:30 am. For the safety of our guests, the rest of the gardens are closed to self-tours.
