Vespers on the Lanai: Sun Hui with Pierre Grill
Join us online as we ring in the Chinese New Year with Sun Hui on Erhu, accompanied by Pierre Grill on piano. These two Na Hokuhanohano Award winning musicians will feature songs from their recent album collaboration, "Can't Help Falling in Love," which pairs this traditional Chinese instrument with popular songs from varied cultures and music genres. We'll intersperse the music with short readings in an evening of music, community and reflection. Christ Church Uniting in Kailua is an inclusive, progressive community of faith seeking spiritual growth and working for justice.
