The 40th Annual Hawaiʻi Pacific Health Keiki Great Aloha Run
The 1.5-mile fun run starts at 7:30 a.m.
The camaraderie and festive fun found at the annual Hawai‘i Pacific Health Keiki Great Aloha Run are reasons enough for families to sign up. The fun run starts at 7:30 a.m. on Feb. 10 at Ala Moana Regional Park. Participants can join in activities and obstacle courses at the park following the race.
Hawai‘i’s premier run for kids is part of the Hawai‘i Pacific Health Great Aloha Run, which is scheduled on Monday, Feb. 19, 2024. This 8.15-mile foot race kicks off at 7 a.m. at Aloha Tower and finishes at Aloha Stadium.
Pre-race activities for the keiki run begin at 7:15 a.m., and the run will start at 7:30 a.m. sharp (with staggered start times) and post-run activities will end at 10 a.m. at Ala Moana Beach Park, Magic Island. There will be three courses set up by age groups limiting participation to the first 1,000 entries:
· Longest Course (around Magic Island) will start first, ages 10-12
· Middle Course (halfway around Magic Island) will start next, ages 7-9
· Shortest Course (one-third of Magic Island) will start last, ages 6 and under
Raise funds for your school! Each participating elementary school will need a coordinator and a minimum of 10 children, ages 12 years and under, participating to qualify for funding. There’s also the option of doing the Hawai‘i Pacific Health Keiki Great Aloha Run virtually if you won’t be available to do it in person on Feb. 10. Deadline to register is Wednesday, Jan. 31, 2024. Over the years, the fun run has raised more than $150,000 for local elementary schools
