WHAT: On Saturday, August 13th, keiki can swim and take photos with magnificent mermaids at Wet’n’Wild Hawaii! From 10:30 a.m. – 12 p.m.! Shark Tale (PG) will show at noon and 5 p.m. on the park’s new 20-foot high definition LED TV wall screen.

DETAILS: Mermaids are iconic mythical creatures that have long dazzled human imaginations. In some of the legends of the Pacific Islands, human beings are said to have descended from both mermaids and mermen. Mermaids will be present at Kapolei Kooler and Hawaiian Waters Wave Pool from 10:30 a.m. – 12 p.m. on Saturday, August 13th. Guests can take pictures throughout the event and can bring personal mermaid tails for the photo opportunity, but the park asks to remove these before swimming in the lazy river or any pools.

Shark Tale (PG) will show at noon and 5 p.m. on the park’s new 20-foot high definition LED TV wall screen. Guests can watch the show while floating in a tube or relaxing on the pool deck at Hawaiian Waters Wave Pool and enjoy extended hours until 8 p.m. with select rides open.

New attraction: Lil Kahuna Beach is now open by the front entrance of the park! There’s nothing little about Lil Kahuna Beach, which sprawls over 8,000 square feet, featuring slides, tipping buckets, spray features displacing thousands of gallons of water per minute, and 60 additional keiki activities! This area is ADA-compliant and features six additional cabanas, perfect for everyone from keiki to kupuna to have fun in the sun together—all access for all abilities!
