About Jeremy Simons Jeremy Simons is a trainer, consultant, and researcher with expertise in Conflict Transformation (CT), Restorative Justice (RJ), Appreciative Inquiry (AI), and accompanying Indigenous Peoples (IP) in peacebuilding advocacy. About Kalika Kastein Kalika Kastein is a PhD candidate in Peace and Conflict Studies and social media coordinator for the University of Otago's student-led postgraduate association. She also works as a communications consultant for the United Nations. She has previously worked as a public school teacher on Hawaiʻi Island.
