We are delighted to invite you to partner with us as we honor National Lifetime Achievement Award and the Franklin Delano Roosevelt Award winner, Dr. John Henry Felix and James Beard Award-Winning Chef Roy Yamaguchi at the first annual March of Dimes Chefs Feeding Motherhood Event on Thursday, September 22nd, 2022 at the Royal Hawaiian Hotel, Coconut Grove. The festivities will take place from 5:30 PM – 9:00 PM.

We are humbled to honor two pillars of the community. Our Philanthropic Honoree is Dr. Felix, a generous philanthropist who has made such an impact his dedication to a lifetime of service. Starting from just 8 years old, Dr. Felix went door to door with his mother to collect dimes to fight Polio and since then, his giving spirit has not ceased. Culinary Honoree, Chef Roy Yamaguchi, is a leader in culinary revolution with his opening of Roy’s Hawai`i Kai, creating Hawaiian-fusion cuisine. Chef Roy also has a generous heart with his work with Imua Family Services and the University of Hawai`i’s Youth Impact Program.
