Young Artist Competition Winner Performances (Youth Concerto Competition Winner Performances)
Each year, the winter concert showcases the remarkable talent of Hawai‘i by featuring performances by young virtuosos from across the Aloha State, leaving audiences in awe. The level of skill displayed is nothing short of magnificent, eliciting jaw-dropping reactions from concertgoers. Witness these young talents as they take center stage alongside a full orchestra—in some cases for the first time ever. Prepare to be enthralled.

This year’s concerto competition winners are:
• Violinist Yunju Cho (12) captivating the audience with the first movement of Édouard Lalo’s “Symphonie Espagnole.”
• Violinist Jeremy Choi (15) delivering an exceptional rendition of Pablo de Sarasate’s “Zigeunerweisen.”
• Violist Elishia Yeh (17) showcasing her artistry through the movements from Niccolò Paganini’s “Grand Sonata for Viola and Orchestra.”
