Participants will take part in a guided tasting of commercial brands and house-made samples, comparing flavors, textures, and styles to see how different approaches shape the final product. Topics also include food safety, pasteurization, and the latest innovations shaping today’s frozen dessert market.
This workshop is designed for food professionals, entrepreneurs, and ice cream enthusiasts ages 10+, blending science, sensory experience, and market insight into a fun and flavorful session.
