A 3-day Sew-a-Thon and Pop-up Shop presented by the Garden Island Arts Council’s sewing committee called BoroBoro Boutique. Open May 25, 26, and 27 from 10am-5pm at the Kauai Society of Artists Gallery an Kukui Grove Shopping Center. With different activities, workshops, artists talk, demonstrations, live sewing, and more. All proceeds and donations will be put towards a new community art project: a mosaic mural entitled “Ka Pae ‘Āina O Hawai’i Nei” which features the entire Hawaiian Archipelago. Garden Island Arts Council has been a non-profit since 1977, who has a mission of Bringing Arts to the People and People to the Arts.
