Much of the world’s attention this week has been focused on disaster recovery in the Philippines. But elsewhere in Asia, the president of Russia has been on the road, signing economic deals in Vietnam and announcing big plans in South Korea. HPR’s Bill Dorman has more in today’s Asia Minute.
