The future of nuclear power in Japan remains uncertain. Next March will mark the third anniversary of the disaster at the Fukushima nuclear plant in the northern part of the country. But elsewhere in Asia, another country is plunging ahead with a nuclear future. HPR’s Bill Dorman has more in today’s Asia Minute.
