What foreign aid cuts mean for Afghanistan

The House voted to claw back more than $8 billion that Congress had allocated for foreign aid, as the Trump Administration has moved to dramatically reduce foreign aid funding.

Here & Now‘s Asma Khalid looks at the impact of the cuts with Sherine Ibrahim, the Afghanistan country director for the International Rescue Committee, a humanitarian aid group.
