We talked to Brigadier General Moses Kaoiwi of the Hawaii National Guard yesterday afternoon. We had been scheduled to talk about the roll out of vaccines to all of its members this week as they  moved island to island in a touch and go mission to get as many of the guards men and women vaccinated as quickly as possible.
