Kauai Mayor calls for tighter travel restrictions
This morning, Kauai County Mayor Derek Kawakami talked with us about his preference that travel restrictions be tightened for his island. This comes as Hawaii Gov. David Ige has tried to clarify the statewide mask policy and tightened up on the pretest Safe Travels program by mandating that those heading to Hawaii have a negative COVID-19 test result in hand.
