In a rebroadcast of an earlier show, we highlight some of the best practices when it comes to protecting, preserving or restoring our family treasures.

To digitize, or not to digitize? Got paper, pictures or - egads! - video tape?

You might not  know where to turn, so we bring together people with the expertise to help guide you in the right direction.

Our guest's are Adam Jansen from the State Archives, Retired Librarian Lynn Davis who has worked caring for collections at Bishop Museum and the University of Hawaii, and Liane Na’aao with the University of Hawaii Preservation Deptartment. Dance Aoki of the Kona Historical Society joins us by phone.
