For the last year and a half, the state has been reaching out to developers and condo associations about how they could be affected. Carole Richelieu from the Real Estate Division of the Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs sat down with us yesterday to explain.

The Republic of Tuva, a member of the Russian Federation, is at the geographical center of Asia, and its people have created a unique musical style, whose harmonies seem equally rooted in Eastern and Western musical traditions. Tyva Kyzy: The Daughters of Tuva performs tomorrow night at 7:30 PM in UH Manoa’s Orvis Auditorium.

Intro Music: Borbak Borbak by Hartyga
