Advance Care Planning: Dr. Angelo Volandes
Dr. Angelo Volandes is on faculty at Harvard Medical School and Massachusetts General Hospital. He is a nationally recognized leader in advance care planning, shared decision making, end-of-life care and ethics. He is in Hawaii this week to work with healthcare providers in Hawaii and HMSA to develop and make available videos in local languages in order to help talk about advance planning for end of life care. His latest book is The Conversation released in January.

Daniel Gluck is Senior Staff Attorney for the ACLU of Hawaii and has litigated on behalf of homeless students; in discrimination cases involving Title IX; public school teachers; and gay and lesbian couples. He has also worked on immigration and prisoner’s rights cases, First Amendment issues involving the right to protest, the right to videotape law enforcement, and protection of journalists under Hawaii's "media shield" law.

Creating and Communicating w/ Improv: David K. Jones
David K. Jones is the director of "Regards!," a collection of original comedy sketches written by members of Honolulu's Think Fast Improv. It will be performed at Ong King in Honolulu’s Chinatown this Friday and Saturday.
