A lot of people have waited for today - to vote - and to see the end of what has felt like a never-ending campaign. In some of the most contentious races and issues, campaigns have stepped up last minute outreach. That includes a Dennis Kucinich robocall about the Maui intiative. But how effective are these 11th hour messages? One the national scene what might it mean for Hawaii should the GOP gain control of the Senate? Chair of the communication department at Hawaii Pacific University, John Hart joined the show to consider the possibilities.
