Michael Rafter was the Music Supervisor for Jersey Boys and Music Director for shows on Broadway including Thoroughly Modern Millie, Tap Dance Kid, The King and I, Violet, The Sound of Music, Swing and Sunset Boulevard. He’s presenting a free workshop for children and parents this Saturday at 9 a.m. at the Orvis Auditorium at the University of Hawaii Manoa.

Ralph Goto recently retired as Administrator of the Ocean Safety and Lifeguard Services Division in the Honolulu Department of Emergency Services. The division employs a full time staff of 165 water safety officers and about 60-70 part-time, hourly lifeguards.
