Daniel Gluck is Senior Staff Attorney for the ACLU of Hawaii. He has litigated cases involving the rights of homeless students; gender discrimination in public schools; privacy rights of teachers; discrimination against gay and lesbian couples; the application of the Fourth and Fifth Amendment in immigration court; and various prisoners’ rights issues.

Many organizations will meet at the State Capitol on Thursday to mark UN DAY.
