Founded in 1968, their website notes PACT helps families identify, address and successfully resolve challenges through its 17 statewide program in the areas of early childhood education, domestic violence prevention and treatment, child abuse and neglect prevention and treatment, positive youth development, community and economic development, and mental health support.
Helping Hand airs Fridays on HPR1 stations during our afternoon drive broadcast of All Things Considered, and then all the segments are archived online here.
