Health care access just got more convenient for veterans living on the Leeward coast of O‘ahu.  The Wai‘anae Coast Comprehensive Health Center has started a care partnership with the Veterans Choice Program.

The deal allows veterans to obtain primary care services at any of WCCHC’s five clinics located on the Waianae coast and in Kapolei and Waipahu. Veterans can also get X-Rays and laboratory services at participating clinics.

Dr. Stephen Bradley is the Chief Medical Officer for the Waianae Coast Comprehensive Health Center.  He says the service will allow veterans to get medical service without having to drive to the city.

More information on the Wai‘anae veterans heath care partnership can be found at WCCHC.com

Nick Yee’s passion for music developed at an early age, as he collected jazz and rock records pulled from dusty locations while growing up in both Southern California and Honolulu. In college he started DJing around Honolulu, playing Jazz and Bossa Nova sets at various lounges and clubs under the name dj mr.nick. He started to incorporate Downtempo, House and Breaks into his sets as his popularity grew, eventually getting DJ residences at different Chinatown locations. To this day, he is a fixture in the Honolulu underground club scene, where his live sets are famous for being able to link musical and cultural boundaries, starting mellow and building the audience into a frenzy while steering free of mainstream clichés.
