Many businesses and organizations are hiring on Kauaʻi — but some applicants lack the skills needed to fill those roles.
The County of Kauaʻi and partner agencies want to train workers to get up to speed.
The Office of Economic Development and Hoʻohana Kauaʻi are conducting an employer survey to assess the current hiring and retention needs of businesses on the Garden Isle.
The survey takes a few minutes to complete and will be available online until June 1.
The survey can be found at this link, or by going to www.kauai.gov/OED, and click on the “Workforce Innovative & Opportunity Act” tab and then “County Employer Survey.”
