What should you do if you test positive for COVID?

What should you do if you’ve had close contact with someone who has COVID?

Who can get a booster shot?

Those questions and more can now be answered by calling the Hawaiʻi Department of Health's new COVID hotline.

Calls are answered by an automated information system – or bot – that answers common questions. Callers who need additional information can be transferred to hotline representatives in their county.

The free hotline is 808-586-8332.

The health department encourages people to visit hawaiicovid19.com before calling the hotline. Vaccination and testing options can be found on the website.
