Maui residents will soon have an easier time finding public parking.
PARKLINQ is a website and app that helps motorists find parking by the hour, day or month.
The app launched last year on Oʻahu, and it’s now expanding to Maui.
Individuals and organizations who have empty spots can upload their parking information on the website, and drivers can park there for a small fee.
The Maui expansion is in partnership with the Ma‘alaea Triangle Association.
Part of the revenue from parking will go towards improving the parking lot infrastructures registered under the app.
ParklinQ will be available in Maui beginning November 1.
